The Dark Hedges – Game of Thrones Location: One of Northern Ireland’s most photographed natural wonders, the Dark Hedges were featured as the King’s Road in Game of Thrones Season 2. Planted by the Stuart family in the 18th century, these twisting beech trees create a dramatic and enchanting avenue perfect for photos.
Dunluce Castle – Cliffside Ruins: Stop at the spectacular Dunluce Castle, perched dramatically on the cliffs of the North Antrim Coast. This historic castle ruin offers incredible photo opportunities and a glimpse into Ireland’s medieval history.
Giant’s Causeway – UNESCO World Heritage Site: Visit Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site, often called the “8th wonder of the world.” Spend time climbing the basalt columns, taking photos, and learning about the myths and legends of this unique geological formation. Optional visitor centre access is available if pre-booked.
Lunch Stop – Bushmills Village: Bushmills Village offers several choices, from a local fish and chip shop and sandwich shops to cafés and restaurants where you can sit down for lunch. For a restaurant meal, we recommend the Bushmills Inn, which must be booked in advance. Please note that lunch is not included.
Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge: Suspended 30 metres above the sea, the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge connects the mainland to a small rocky island that salmon fishermen have crossed for more than 270 years. We stop at the clifftop viewing point for photographs. Crossing is not included on this tour.
